The purchase price of the device will be refunded if the product is returned to the original location of purchase within 14 days of device activation with the original receipt, in it's original (like new) condition and with all contents from the box as sold, including the bar code.

Device exchange - You can exchange your device within the first 14 days of activation if it's in it's original condition with all the contents from the box as sold. If not in original condition a $35.00 restocking fee may be charged.

Refunds for cash and check payments will be repaid in the form of a check sent to your address. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing and delivery.
